This 4 bedroom villa is located on Praia Verde. The villa was finished in 2007. This is what you call a superb villa within walking distance to the beach. The villa has large living and kitchen and 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and the master suite and extra bedroom on 1st floor. Downstairs you have a mega space used for several means. This has a cooking island and a breakfast table integrated. This is a custom made kitchen with all appliances. Through the kitchen you walk in to the semi open dining area, which leads on into the living area. The living area is in a bend on the seaside and all with glass sliding doors giving you a beautiful view onto the ocean from the sofa (unique in Praia Verde, normally you see only pine trees) the air-condition is integrated within the ceiling. Through the sliding doors you have a very large covered balcony to have you outdoor meals and enjoy the sun. from this you have a small stairs leading to the pool level and the rest of the garden.
Downstairs you have two bedrooms nice tucked away in a small hallway. Both en-suite. The larger bedroom downstairs has also a living/tv area so ideal for kids or guest to have some private space.
The staircase leads up to the landing where you have the smaller bedroom en-suite and the master bedroom. The master bedroom is around 40 sqm consisting of sleeping area, dressing area and a very large and spacious bathroom. All of course private. Through the landing you have access to the two level balcony and roof terrace.
Taking the stairs down you have an incredible space divided into the following, a wine cellar, storage room, a garage for 1 car. Also as called the guest entertainment area with a built in bar, ping pong table , full size billiards and the wet area. Consisting of professional sauna , Turkish steam bath and a full size freezing plunge pool and of course the shower.
