The apartment is nice and fully furnished. Furnishing can be taken over from the seller. The apartment block has an good sized elevator for easy access to the apartment.

The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor has three bed rooms, a large kitchen, large living area separate from the kitchen and two bathrooms. The hallway of the apartment is wide which makes the apartment spacious and really adds to the atmosphere. The bedrooms are situated at the end of the hallway and therefore totally separated from the living area. From the apartment it’s a 2 min drive to down town Tavira. Owners of this apartment have access to the shared pool of the complex.
